testimonial for Charleston real estate agent Saida Russell“My husband and I, and our two daughters, have used Saida as a realtor through the years. Saida is the utmost real estate professional and a very level-headed negotiator. She is a hard worker-always doing her best to find her client the perfect house in their desired area within their budget. Saida grew up in Charleston and knows the area very well.  She was with us every step of the way and always going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. If you are buying or selling a property, Saida is your girl!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better fit for a Real Estate Agent. Saida is very professional, knowledgeable, organized, and patient. I would highly recommend her to both a buyer or seller looking for a straight forward genuine person. Customer service, knowledge, and integrity is how I would characterize her approach to real estate.”

testimonial for Charleston real estate agent Saida Russell“My wife and I couldn’t be happier in our new home. We recently made a purchase through Disher, Hamrick, & Myers here in Charleston. Our agent was Saida Russell who held our hand throughout the entire process. We were first time home buyers with the typical impossible requirements (beautiful place, great investment value, walking distance to restaurants) but all within a very low budget. She took the time to really get to know what we were looking for in a place and then day after day took us to places we were interested in until finally we felt comfortable making a decision. We never felt pressured into making an offer that was too high and she did a great job of managing the negotiation.”

“Saida was a wonderful agent for us when we were looking for a condo downtown for our son at College of Charleston. We were out of town and she took lots of effort to make the process as easy as possible. She found us a great condo in a ‘transitioning’ neighborhood, which transitioned about six months later. Not only a great place to live, but a great investment as well. After our son moved in, she continued to be a great help giving recommendations for local resources.”
