Caroline Ragsdale has been a REALTOR® with Disher, Hamrick & Myers since 2003 and has worked with buyers from all over the country and abroad. Caroline has received accolades including REALTOR® of Distinction and Top Selling Agent. A firm believer in continuing her education, she has recently earned her ABR and ePro designations from the National Association of REALTORS®. Caroline is a lifelong resident of downtown Charleston and has a wealth of knowledge about the historic homes in the Charleston area.
She has served as president of the Preservation Society of Charleston, served on its Zoning and Architectural Review Committee, as well as earning her Master Preservationist designation. She is an active member of the Gibbes Museum of Art and the South Carolina Historical Society. Prior to her successful real estate career, Caroline owned an interior design business and worked on the restoration of Charleston landmark properties including the Charleston County Courthouse and several historic homes.
